Damage During Shipping: We take customer satisfaction very seriously. We thoroughly inspect all our shipments carefully before leaving our warehouse however we understand that during the transport process packages are subject to damage. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged products must be made within 72 hours of arrival. Please contact us directly and provide information of the damage so we can rectify the situation.
Product shipment may vary according to availability and is subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which Carolina CBD Company will not be responsible.
Pricing and Availability
Errors in product details, descriptions and prices may occur despite efforts to ensure accuracy. If Carolina CBD Company discovers an error in the price of any goods that you have ordered, then Carolina CBD Company will inform you regarding the error, and you will have the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If Carolina CBD Company is unable to contact you, then Carolina CBD Company will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel the order after you have already paid for the goods, then you will receive a full refund.
Delivery costs are in addition to product prices.
